Local help

How to ask for a Spanish-speaking counselor
- Ask your doctor or your child's pediatrician for a referral and say you want sessions in Spanish.
- If you have insurance, call the member number on your card and ask for in-network counselors who speak Spanish.
- Ask the school counselor or social worker. Schools often know local programs for families.
- Ask the counselor's office directly: "Do you have someone who speaks Spanish?" It is a normal question.
I am not connected to the organizations on this page and I do not receive anything for listing them. This page is for information only. In an emergency, call 911.
